Lay-A-Way Terms are:
All Sales Are Final! I require a non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit to begin working on a baby. This means if you choose to cancel your purchase you will not receive a refund, and cannot transfer it as a deposit towards another baby. All lay-a-way payments must be made on a monthly basis. Lay-a-ways are normally for 6months, but special arrangements can be made up to 12 months.
After paying the deposit, your first lay-a-way payment must begin the following month. If you have not made any monthly payments on your doll after 60 days, and have not contacted me for a new payment arrangement, your lay-a-way will be terminated and your doll will be put up for adoption. Lay-a-way payments are also non-refundable/non-transferable.
Paying in full once baby is ready:
If you plan to pay in full when your baby is ready, and I have shown you pictures and you have not responded within 60 days, your doll will be put up for adoption and your deposit will be lost.
I understand that problems may occur that might hinder your ability to pay on time, so if anything should come up please let me know right away and I will work with you.
